Kigoma Hilltop

Situated on a hill amidst picturesque landscapes and gardens, if offers spectacular views of Lake Tangayika (Africa’s deepest Lake) and the majestic Congo mountains. The hotel comprises of 30 cottage type rooms, which are all self-contained and air-conditioned. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and is one of the starting points for safaris to the western circuit.

The hotel boasts a beautiful sandy beach around Kigoma, which is only accessible to hotel residents. Water sports like snorkeling, windsurfing, water-skiing, fishing and other facilities are available on request at the hotel.

Gombe Luxury Tented Camp

The camp is situated on the north end of the park, on the lakeshore. Tents are made of heavy-duty canvas with zip down gauze windows and roll-up flap doors. Each unit consists of 2 wooden beds with firm mattress, desk, chair, bedside lamp and clothes rack. All tents are ensuite, and are raised on wooden platforms to offer perfect views of the lake and the sunset.

Nkungwe Luxury Tented Camp

The camp is situated on the shores of Lake Tanganyika, with the magnificent Mahale Mountains chain and Nkungwe peak as the backdrop. Tents are made of heavy-duty canvas with zip down gauze windows and roll-up flap doors. Each unit consists of 2 wooden beds with firm mattress, desk, chair, bedside lamp and clothes rack. All tents are ensuite, and are raised on wooden platforms offering unhindered views of the lake and sunset.
