In just two short days you will experience two very distinct landscapes and an amazing amount of wildlife visiting Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater.

Arrival Day:
Our driver will be waiting for you at Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO) or Arusha Airport (ARK) and will take you to your hotel to settle in and prepare for the next day’s safari. Due to varied arrival times, we do not include any meals in today’s itinerary.
Day 1:
After breakfast at your hotel, we pick you up and drive to Tarangire National Park. We will proceed on a game drive inside the park, pausing for a picnic style lunch and continuing the game viewing until evening. Relaxation, dinner and overnight will be at lodge/tented camp inside the park.
Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast, we will drive into Ngorongoro Crater. The concentration of animals in the crater and with the majestic crater walls it makes for great photographic opportunities. This is a superb destination but not very large, just 20 km in diameter so in half day, all will be seen. During the day we pause for a picnic style lunch before continuing the game viewing. In the early afternoon we ascend out of the crater and make our way back to Moshi/Arusha, Arusha Airport, or Kilimanjaro Airport (You can arrive at the airport by 15:00). End of services.

As a private group, this itinerary can start on any day of the year that you like. Prices are listed per person in USD according to group size.
1 person: $1235 2 – 3 people: $745 4+ people: $625
Prices are based on double occupancy. For single occupancy, add $100/night for the safari accommodation and $15 for the pre-safari accommodation to the price. For groups with an odd number of participants, one single supplement has already been factored into the listed price.
